Scarface is my all-time favorite film, Starring Al Pacino as gangland mobster Tony Montana. His rise from the rough streets of Cuba to the top of Miami's drug fuelled empire. Tony Montana wanted it all wealth, power and control, he was living this life, which they call the American Dream.
This film is surely a true great. It's greed for wealthness would make you envious. There's always a saying for people like Tony, ' the person that wants too much from life, risk losing everything. But, Tony Montana pulled this one off superbly. The plot starts when Cuban refugees are let in to Florida, by the Cuban president, who lets the gates open on Mariel Harbor. One of the refugees of course, is Tony Montana himself. Tony arrives in Freedom Town in Miami, along with his Cuban mate, Manny. One minute there washing up dishes on a food stall, then the next, this wealthy business man pulls up offering them a deal out of Freedom Town. Tony gets caught up with local gangland boss, and drug dealer Frank Lopez, who cuts them a deal in exchange of murdering a Cuban security agent. It all gets a bit messy, after some double-crossing, Tony finds himself working for Frank's arch-enemy, Sosa. Tony is dead set on having it all, the cash, the ya-yo, everything! Tony powers his way to the top of Miami's drug empire, he reached that point until you can say ' The World is yours.'
What I really loved about this film was the control and power Tony Montana had once he made it to the top, only to fall once he got addicted to his own supplies. I thought, Tony playing off against the all mighty Sosa ( The baddest gangland boss in Miami ) was certainly going to end in a bloodshed scene, screaming the words of ' say hello to my little friend' I just knew this really made the final scene one to remember!

Advantages: Intense acting, exciting mucical scores, numerous high octane shoot outs and brilliant acting from Al Pacino. Disadvantages: None unless you count cheesy 80's pop music here and there a bad thing hehe.
