...is when I stumbled across 10 Minute Solution: Kick Box Bootcamp.
The Kick Box Bootcamp is one of a range of 10 Minute Solution workouts. Other titles include pilates, carb and calorie burner, target toning, blast off belly fat, yoga and fat blasting Latin mix. Each DVD contains five ten minute segments presented by a professional instructor. The exercise is varied to keep you entertained and is taught well and is really easy to pick up. Though you won't become an expert in kickboxing through this, you get a great work out whilst grasping some of the basics. Get into shape with 10 minute Pilates

Advantages: You can pick which part of the workout you want to do....
Disadvantages: ...which may encourage you not to do the whole thing!
...is made up of 5 10 minute work-outs, which are all individual, targeting different body parts, without being too repetitive. It's great if you don't have enough time to do an hour's exercise a day, because you can select which exercise you want to do, or if you've got a particular part of your body you want to tone up, you can just focus on that part. OR you can combine every session to make up a full 50 minute work out - ouch!
***Stomach***
This ... ...to strengthen your upper and lower stomach. It starts with 'the hundred', a standard Pilates warm-up, and continues with crunches, something called the 'frogs legs', and various others.
*** Legs and buns ***
All of these exercises involve laying down, which is great becuase it really doesn't feel like you're exercising!! It starts with leg lifts on each side, then a variety of exercises, like 'the mermaid', and hip lifts. You can really feel it ...

Time to get a beach body

Advantages: easy to follow, great for toning your bum, tum and thighs
Disadvantages: moves are too easy and not challenging enough
...seen the ministry of sound pump it up beach body dvd advertised on TV i decided that i had to have it. I like to keep fit and i love dancing so this would combine the two. I also thought that this would be a fun workout which would help to keep me motivated. Having bought the dvd from my local asda store it was now time to do my workout.
The dvd has four sections which are the warm up, dance section, bums,tums and thighs and cool down i will now ... ...easy section as expected.

slow and boring

...are very old fashioned in the way they are filmed. When the lady tells you what to do , the girl on the screen has usually already finished doing it. The music is annoying , a bit like music in a lift. There are a wide variety of exercises to do, but none really enjoyable. If you want a good old fashioned dance around to up to date music, then dont go for this. If your old and hard of hearing then dont go for this because you wont hear the music ...

Not another fitness dvd

Advantages: worked for a while
Disadvantages: didnt work well for me
Most people will know Charlie Brooks for her character Jeanine Butcher in Eastenders, I am unsure weather this DVD did in fact help Charlie lose the weight but it is true she is now looking great. I aways feel these kinds of DVD's are stupid in the sense that the celebrities put there name on them and get all the recognition yet it is fitness trainers who actually 'teach' you the work out.
I have never been one to buy this sort of thing, but hey, ... ...after buying the DVD and using it 2 twice a day (morning before work and Evening after dinner) I did star to lose a couple pounds but shortly after that the work out was not helping. I think the best thing to lose weight is just eat healthy and do a hours exercise a day, But then again everyone says that and I don't think anyone actually listens any more. ...
