...are very old fashioned in the way they are filmed. When the lady tells you what to do , the girl on the screen has usually already finished doing it. The music is annoying , a bit like music in a lift. There are a wide variety of exercises to do, but none really enjoyable. If you want a good old fashioned dance around to up to date music, then dont go for this. If your old and hard of hearing then dont go for this because you wont hear the music ... Read review

Most people will know Charlie Brooks for her character Jeanine Butcher in Eastenders, I am unsure weather this DVD did in fact help Charlie lose the weight but it is true she is now looking great. I aways feel these kinds of DVD's are stupid in the sense that the celebrities put there name on them and get all the recognition yet it is fitness trainers who actually 'teach' you the work out. ...after buying the DVD and using it 2 twice a day (morning before work and Evening after dinner) I did star to lose a couple pounds but shortly after that the work out was not helping.
