Second series of in my opinion the funniest television show ever made. Once again the only extras are the 'fluffs' out-takes but it's difficult to see what else they could have put on there. One interesting fact concerns the episode 'S Out which was due to be broadcast on 5th November 1992. Bottom is a great comedy show that you can watch over and over again and you never get tired of it! This boxset is perfect for any fan of Rik Mayall and Ade Edmondson as it is two great shows in one. ...After trying to kill Filthy, they do a rip off of a Benny Hill show, which leads to the money getting flushed down the toilet. This means that Rich has to find another £1000 to pay back Filthy or else Derek will kill him. They realise that they can make money by selling some paintings as well. Advantages: surperb acting
Disadvantages: alot of the good characters pushed into subplots

I was amazed when I first saw this film, it is a wonderful film to get lost in and I was surprised I hadn't heard of it before. I am a great Lee Evans fan and so searched out this dvd and was surprised at what a great story it had. As said it the other review the premous of the story is simple, two totally different comics teach each other about comedy, but you also have the sub plots of stolen eggs, dead frenchmen and a search for eternal youth. ...
...unlikely place of Blackpool and done so with great effect. I can't think of anywhere else it could be based. The acting is wonderful but they all seem a little eclipsed by Evans who's character seems to shine through. I imagine he was given free reign in some scenes as the other actors seem surprised at some things he does and don't seem to know how to react.
