Advantages: More realistic Snakes achieved with CGI rather than foam rubber as in the original
Disadvantages: Lacks originality or suprise, each turn of events is as predictable asa ticking clock

Anyone who watches the original film nowadays will notice how outdated the effects are and in this area the sequel has succeeded. The CGI representations of the snake are much scarier and less comical than the originals' props.
