Advantages: good acting and great views in film
Disadvantages: maybe a little bit of a confusing plot

I really quite liked this film as its got two great actors in the film even though what everyone saying about the film it might be confusing yes but certain people do enjoy films which have them sort of plots into the film. I really enjoy these actors Catherine Zeta Jones and Sean Connery which both work together Catherine Zeta Jones does work as a international intrigue and Sean Connery works as the insurance investigator. Advantages: retains some of the originals quirkiness

...strange weather around London & the Ministry (a sort of MI5 establishment) headed by Mother (a codename) has been tasked by the PM to find out what is going on. In steps Steed, sort of a 007 character who manages to get by without a gun, just a bullet proof waistcoat, bowler hat & sword concealed in an umbrella. They think that the adverse weather conditions are related to a government project called Prospero so a meeting is arranged with the former ...
...Prospero is a bit like the American star Wars project in so much as there is an umbrella (weather puns throughout the film) covering the country to protect from attack which uses lighting & tornadoes to block missiles. She thinks that the mostly likely person to investigate is Sir August De Wintyr disgraced head of the project & leader of BROLLY (British Royal Organisation for Lasting Liquid Years). When I saw the trailer for "The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen" it looked really good but when I saw the film in cinemas the beginning was good but then it got really boring. Sean Connery is a great actor even in his days as 007 agent, James Bond but he should of never played a role in this film because this film was badly done.
