    Advantages Advantages You can work out a home, i burn a lot of calories.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages A fitness DVD may not push you enough, to get the same out of it, like a Zumba class.

    In my opinion the Zumba fitness is one of the best home exercises I have tried. It's a lot of fun, and a really good exercise. You can do it alone or be joined by friends. Either way it's a good workout which is also a lot of fun at the same time! If you push yourself hard the Zumba fitness can burn a lot of calories. It can be used by everyone, at any age, It's great for weight loss, but also if you just need to get in better shape, or like working out.
