I've done several fitness DVD's and never found one that i could stick with for very long.
That changed six months ago when i saw this Yogalates DVD which looked like it could be a nice mix between pilates and yoga.
Inside is a guide to stretching which i found very useful as it explains lots of different stretches before you even load the DVD player. It's also useful if you like a stretch in the morning and you haven't got time to do a work out.
It's very easy to follow and the instructor explained each move without soundling like she was talking to a 4 year old, but at the same time not moving onto too many moves before you had chance to learn how to do the previous one.
I lost a few inches and fet toned and fitter within two weeks, now i do this at least twice a week and am looking forward to the next version when it comes out.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines

I would have liked to have read some information about the actual extras as you are reviewing the dvd format. If you are just reviewing the film rather than the dvd then that is easily changed by clicking the tab at the bottom of the review that says what format are you viewing. Change that to film only. Fionaxx
