After reading a review on this website of Yoga and Sex i decided to give it a go with my partner. At first we were nervous but after a few drinks we were reasy to try some of the moves and became more comfortable with the new experience as the instructors are clear and enthusiastic. As the film goes on the moves become more difficult but as you warm up from the begiinning of the film you will find these more advanced moves easier. I have to say this is a definate purchase for people of all ages!! Especially if you feel like you're sex life has deteriorated over the last few months like i did. We are now regular users of the film and i have leant it to one of my close friends who also found the exercises literally breath-taking. I would strongly recommend this for everyone! ...
line to this video, all the people in it are foreign and seem to be speaking some kind of gibberish (maybe they're speaking in tongues?). Well anyway they have added normal language sub-titles but I find it hard to read them and concentrate on what I'm doing with my hands. The foreign people just seem to run around and do Yoga and have Sex. Some of their moves are unbelievable, well atleast by brother can't stretch that much.
