Right the way through the dvd kathy and tricia are talking in parts but they dont really say much that happens to be much help.
The workout then goes into different stretches all are very simple and easy to do but to be honest i dont feel them at all and it feels like you want to do more right the way through the workout.
Its is very boring to watch, i understand to do yoga you need to be calm and they talk soft ect but this is just outright boring you may put up with it if the workout was good but even that bored me the whole time i was doing it.
After the stretches section you go down onto the floor for some more "intense" pelvic stretches. i could feel these work a little more than the others but again it was all very boring and to easy to do.
