DVD Description
Former Fugees frontman Wyclef Jean made musical history when he became the first hip-hop star to headline a concert at New York City's historic Carnegie Hall in January 2001. An all-star benefit for the Wyclef Jean Foundation--a charity that provides musical instruments and education to talented but underprivileged children in the nation's inner cities--the concert features guest stars Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton, Mary J. Blige, Destiny's Child, Charlotte Church, Macy Gray, Marc Anthony, Third World, and Wyclef's teenage prodigies themselves in inspiring performances that span the gamut of pop, rock, classical, jazz, hip-hop, reggae, R&B, and salsa.

Advantages: Brought Cuban music, and the surviving stars of its heyday, to a wide audience in a way that's supremely touching and enjoyable Disadvantages: None...even if you think you don't like this genre of music, by the end of this film you will!

It's this aspect of the film which best conveys the spirit of Buena Vista Social Club, and the effect is slowly captivating. Wenders...

In the begging this team consists of Jean Grey played by Famke Jannsen (House on the haunted hill, The Faculty, Goldeneye) she is a doctor who also posses physic abilities but not as powerful as the professor. Halle Berry (Who do fools fall in love, The Flintstones) stars as storm. Storm has the power to control the weather. Also Cyclops played by the gorgeous James Marsden (Sugar and Spice, Gossip, Disturbing Behaviour) he has the power to shoot a devastating ray from his eyes which is why he wears the red goggles to control the intensity of the ray and so he can see without destroying everything.
