Advantages: Different, modified 406?
Disadvantages: Audio in french with subtitiles only

...Story about Daniel a local pizza delivery guy who decides to change occupation and become a taxi driver, but not just any taxi the fastest in Marcelles. He uses a Peugeot 406 which looks normal, until at the push of a button turns into a fully race prepped touring taxi. Daniel is caught speeding, which could jeopardize his job but breaks a deal with the police to help solve a string of bank robberies involving some modded Mercs. The story can be a bit thin at times, however is full of laughs and a good film to watch at any time. The film is entirely in French with English subtitles. The subtitles are easy to follow, however can be a bit annoying if you can’t be bothered reading for the whole length of the film. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys humour and a bit of a laugh.... Read review

...If you can speak French, or can cope with subtitles, this film is a must! Dark in a post-noir way, with sinisterly strange characters and a superb plot, entwined with a love story and great acting, make this a classic cult film. Beautifully filmed with amazing use of colour, sets, and sound, this film, about a lodger in a block of flats in a sort of post-apocalyptic france, where not everything is as it seems, takes all the senses on a twisty journey, and out safely the other end. The memorable aspect of this film is the character sketches portrayed in it - caricatures of people we all know combine to make a tenement of kooks we care about.
