agents Kevin (Marlon Wayans) and Marcus Copeland (Shawn Wayans), try to help out by disguising themselves as WHITE CHICKS in this wacky screwball comedy. With a little help from the FBI's prosthetics department, the agents don blonde wigs, blue contact lenses, and pale body paint to transform themselves into two Hamptons-bound sisters looking to live it up for the weekend. Miraculously the agents find themselves a surprise hit with the Hamptons set, providing plenty of laughs and quizzical looks as they frequently slip out of character. The lewd jokes come thick and fast, providing plenty of opportunities for the Wayans brothers to flex their comedic muscles. They poke gentle fun at a number of targets, mostly along gender and race lines, but also at spoiled teenage girls, and botox-riddled fashionistas. Scenarios are engineered to heighten the awkwardness of the disguises, including a dance competition, shopping sprees, and a fashion show. Director Keenen Ivory Wayans (SCARY MOVIE) manipulates his characters' flimsy attempts to pass themselves off as white women to provide plenty of gross-out, body-related humor, but also wraps the film up with a few salient lessons in life for the bumbling detectives.

****Story line****
After a bumbled assignment FBI Agents Kevin Copeland (Shawn Wayans) and Marcus Copeland (Marlon Wayans) are the laughing stock of their department. In order to redeem themselves and progress their careers, Kevin and Marcus agree to a rather unusual assignment that involves babysitting two rich and stuck up socialites called Brittany (Maitland Ward) and Tiffany (Anne Dudek) Wilson.
Due to unforeseen circumstances the Wilson sisters decide to confine themselves to their hotel room. The un-written rule in the socialite calendar is that every event must be attended and since Brittany and Tiffany are unable to make the scene Kevin and Marcus decides to impersonate them. Whilst this may mean like a selfless act to help the girls out Kevin and Marcus have an ulterior motive in that they are hoping to solve a large fraud and deception case.
This assignment requires Kevin and Marcus to be on hand 24 hours a day and whilst the assignment interferes with their daily lives Marcus gets a hard time from Shaunice (Drew Sidora) his wife’s best friend, as well as an ear bashing from Gina (Faune Chambers), his wife and Kevin struggles to win the heart of a Denise Porter (Rochelle Aytes).
In the role of the Wilson sisters Kevin and Marcus have to socialise with Tori (Jessica Cauffiel), Lisa (Jennifer Carpenter) and Karen (Busy Phillips) and help the group out in their “bitch” battle against Heather (Jamie King) and Megan (Brittany Daniel) Vandergeld.
Will Kevin and Marcus solve the case and win back the respect of their department? Will Kevin win the heart of his belle? Does Marcus manage to keep his marriage? Who wins the bitch battle?
****Other characters****
This film contains loads of other characters with the main ones being;
1) Chief Elliot Gordon (Frankie Faison) – The chief of police 2) Agent Jake Harper (Lochlyn Munro) – police detective and Gomez’s partner 3) Agent Vincent Gomez (Eddie Velez) – police detective and Harper’s partner 4) Lattrell Spencer (Terry Crews) – A Footballer that takes a liking to Brittany Wilson 5) Warren Vandergeld (John Heard) – Father of the Vandergeld sisters 6) Russ (Steven Grayham) – Friend of the Vandergeld sisters
The supporting actors are just as good, if not better, than the main characters and they all give great performances. In many films the ‘other’ characters are there in the background and do not have many, if any at all, good scenes. This is not the case with this film and all the supporting actors are given the opportunity to show what they can do producing some great moments.
Harper and Gomez are a great partnership with a very entertaining on screen relationship. Some of the conversations they have whilst carrying out their daily policing duties are very funny. In my opinion Latrell steals the show with some of the best scenes of the whole film and he is given the chance to show that he is not only a talented actor but also vocalist and dancer.
****My opinion****
This is the most stupid movie that I have ever seen, although I have to confess that I absolutely loved it. The idea of two black men impersonating two young, attractive, white females and actually managing to pull it off, even to the extent that their closest friends can’t tell the difference, is absolutely ridiculous, but it makes for many side splitting and laugh out loud moments.
Every time Kevin and Marcus are dressed as the Wilson sisters I can’t help but laugh. Their ‘white skin’ suits are unrealistic, they look like real transvestites and their voices are so masculine it is easy to see they are impersonators, however their so-called friends cannot. In addition, the main story of this movie is so unrealistic that it would never happen so I guess that it compliments the film perfectly.
Whilst the crux of the story is the solving of the case there is so much going on that it is easy to forget this fact. There are two love stories (one conventional and one with a twist), the story of a rocky marriage, the story of a group of misfits trying to establish their place in a social hierarchy, story of jealousy and deceit and much more. Despite all this the film flows nicely and there is no confusion or any “what happened there?” moments.
The acting is spot on and all the main characters give a great performance. I think that the intention was for Kevin and Marcus to be the main characters that are backed up by great supporting actors. In reality it is a different story since all the cast give very good performances.
Kevin and Marcus are, without a doubt, great but my favourite characters are Lattrell Spencer and Lisa.
Latrell is a big man and has a real presence. It is only natural to pigeonhole him and his character’s antics do not conform to this stereotype, which I think is very clever. The writers did a fantastic job. There are so many memorable scenes with Lattrell with the best being:
1) When he first spots Brittany (who is actually Kevin in drag) 2) When he spots Brittany (who is actually Kevin in drag) on a beach in a bikini 3) His date with Brittany (Who is Kevin in drag) 4) His serenade to Brittany on the date 5) His antics on the dance floor whilst under the influence 6) When he wakes up next to the person he pulled whilst clubbing
Whilst Lisa is a very attractive and confident person she does have some serious hang ups and issues that come to light during the film. The most memorable scene, for me, has to be where she is shopping with Tiffany (Kevin in drag) and she asks for an opinion on her clothing. It is very, very funny.
There are some great one liners in this film and whilst most of the best come from Latrell I think that Lisa has to be credited with the best one liner of the film, which for those of you that have seen this film it involves a product being advertised by one of the Vandergeld sisters. For those of you that have not seen this film then I would recommend watching it purely for this line.
This film contains many, many memorable scenes and to pick a favourite would be very difficult. One scene that sticks in my mind is the dance off between the Wilson sisters and the Vandergeld sisters and their respective gangs. This is a scene whereby the Wilson sisters kick it back ‘old skool’.
Overall this is a great film. If you are looking for a serious and thought provoking, some might say intellectual film, then this is definitely not for you. However, if it is one of those nights where you want to watch an easy and light hearted film, and enjoy many laugh out loud moments along the way, then I would definitely recommend this film, although I think you do need to be in the right frame of mind and be prepared to take everything with a pinch of salt.

...been many great examples of white people masquerading as black people, black people masquerading as white people - all for comedic effect. Who can forget the hilarious Soul Man starring C. Thomas Howell, then of course there was the side splitting True Identity which saw Lenny Henry enthral audiences the world over with his portrayal of a black guy disguised as a white guy on the run from the mob. Naturally I'm being ironic and both these films sucked.

White Chicks appears to be written by that top-secret piece of screenwriting software that only Hollyood studios possess. What it does is take a bunch of worn out cinematic clichés, throws them all together and at the touch of a button a fully-fledged screenplay is written. They'll be no thought in it, but it will be formulaic enough to make some decent change at the box office. The story ticks all the familiar boxes. There's the ...

Seeing that White chicks has an average member rating of 4 stars appeases me a little, but this must be one of the most under-rated movies of all time. It stars the hilarious Shawn and Marlon Waynes, famous from 'the Wayan Brothers', and their performance in this is exemplary. Plot: In actual fact, I do not think that many people would realise this film has a plot if they have only seen it once. Having watched this film numerous times, I think I ... ...hit in the upper class white environment. My opinion: This has to be my favourite comedy by some stretch. I have always been a fan of the Wayans, and their performance in this movie is brilliant. Many people do enjoy criticising the lack of similarity between the original Wilson sisters and the transformed Wilson sisters, but this just adds to the hilarity. The movie is very original, and the 'dance offs', 'your mutha duels' and gut-busting one liners ...

When I first heard about this film I was somewhat sceptical about it, I mean... c'mon black people pretending to be white. I was a bit worried that it might cause too much controversy and put racism in the spotlight. But I was very much surprised, as not only did it not come across like this, but also it has become one of my favourite all time films!!!
After FBI agents Kevin (Shawn Wayans) and Marcus (Marlon Wayans) Copeland make a complete and ... ...grocery store, they get relegated to acting as chauffeurs on their next assignment - picking up heiresses Tiffany and Brittany Wilson from the airport and drive them to the Hamptons, where the bureau will tail the socialites who are believed to be targets in a kidnapping plot. But it seems these two agents can't even get this simple task right, and they end up causing the Wilson sisters to get scraped faces whilst trying to save their dog from falling ...

White Chicks, so many contrasting opinions over one film, I warn you now if you do not like silly humour then do not see this film. I was at the cinema one day and was planning on seen another film but at the time I went White Chicks was all that was playing so it was either that or nothing. I had heard in the advert that it was about 2 black guys dressing up as white guys and as most people would do at that description I just thought "what a load ... ...team in to make them white and to become the sisters. The rest of the film is all about them trying to fit in and be ladylike, to be accepted. The film does sound stupid but I have to say most people I know who have seen it have found it really funny. I was surprised by how funny it was and there are a lot of original jokes in here. The acting you cannot expect to be of Oscar standard but still if we are considering if they were successful actors ...

Two FBI agents played by Shawn and Marlon Wayans are in charge of 'babysitting' two of Hollwoods most annoying but never the less stars in their own right.
