...a dispersal of blood shooting into the air. One other scene see's a guy sitting on the floor placing a 45 colt under his jaw and squeezing the trigger. The result of this is crimson blood gushing out and saturating his shirt. The gunfights may be a tad graphic but I believe it is in keeping with the whole intension of the film in creating a mature, gritty, realistic, authentic Western. Very Enjoyable Film

Advantages: Excellent Film, Entertaining, Brilliant

Some say he's dead...some say he never will be

Advantages: Great acting, scenery

Lt Dunbar Dances With Wolves

Advantages: amazing acting and storyline, gorgeous scenery and music
Disadvantages: May be too long for some

...battle and the scary looking dances they did around their fires but this was their way of life so I had to accept it. The main Indians which we saw were Holy man and the white woman who was raised by the Indians. They gave excellent performance sand really moved me at times. The one draw back to the Indians was that they spoke in their native language and we had the subtitles turned off at first so was unable to fully understand what they were saying ...
...I thought they all played their roles genuinely and looked the part and the costumes and clothes which they wore made them look like true Sioux Indians.
