Review of MacKenna's Gold (DVD)

A Western without John Wayne!

Advantages: good story, good acting
Disadvantages: None from me and hubby

He was hacking on me!

Advantages: Great film
Disadvantages: None really

Young Guns is the 1988 film with an all star brat pack cast that tells the story of the emergence of Billy the Kid and the regulators he reputedly rode with. Some say he's dead...some say he never will be

Advantages: Great acting, scenery
Disadvantages: None I can think of

Dunbar, not Dumb Bear!

Advantages: Fantastic visuals, Costner
Disadvantages: Can draw it out too long in places

...most powerful films to date, Dances With Wolves is a thoughtful and emotional tale that requires a bit of concentration.
