Advantages: wonderful animation, great fun story Disadvantages: None from my house
the new King. He sets his helpers the task of Kidnapping her but things go wrong and Princess Minnie then goes to see him and demands that she is given Musketeer bodyguards. As the Captain want Princess Minnie kidnapped he decides that he will make Mickey, Donald and Goofy Musketeers and give them the job of protecting her as he believes that they are so useless he will still be able to go ahead with his plan.
Mickey, Donald and Goofy are all so excited about becoming Musketeers and protecting the Queen but thing go horribly wrong for them when they are on duty and the Princess does get kidnapped. Will the new Musketeers be able to rescue the Princess and stop the Captain becoming the King?
This was a lovely film which had me laughing out loud at some parts. The story was great and it gave a completely different take on previous Three ...

Like many of you, I wondered if this film would be all it was cracked up to be, well I finally got to find out. The version I purchased is the DVD one as on the packaging it tells you about extra scenes and interactive menus and so on that you don't get on a standard video. Also you get all the add ons like optional languages and subtitles.
The film begins toward the end of the Gulf war when the cease fire was initiated, but all was not as it seemed. There were still loads of Iraqi soldiers doing the rounds, warring with everyone in sight and in particular the rebels.
Anyway enter George Clooney ( The Major Archie Gates ) along with Mark Wahlberg (Troy Barlow ), Ice Cube ( Chief ) and Spike Jonze ( Conrad ) as the would be hero's looking for something more than just sand after finding out about a hoard of gold that was stolen from ...

The other reviewers can tell you what a great movie this is, I just
want to dish the dirt on the DVD. I love this film dearly, its practically unique in Hollywood history as a strongly anti-American movie. Furthermore its almost unique as an "action comedy" that's actually really funny, and exciting, and sad and moving. What's more no other movie has ever employed a microcosmic allegory to illustrate its political point. However enough about this great movie, and on to the DVD.
My main contention is that although this DVD is overloaded with features, none of them is especially great. David O. Russell is a little self-regarding, he lacks the quirks of the Coen Bros or Spike Jonze, the little extra personality oddities that make their DVD extras so enjoyable.
