Ishwar (Amitabh Bachan) and Sumi (Shefali Shah) both adore their only son Aditya (Akshay Kumar). Everythin gin life is sweet and both Ishwar and Sumi realise that Adi takes too much advantage over his fathers love. However Ishwar, the warm loving father does not seem to care too much about Adi taking advantage as its his son. But Sumi, wants Ishwar to put an end to this and let Adi stand up on his own two feet.
