Hi,

First off, I'd like to say that I don't intend putting any spoilers in here. I'm sorry if I accidently put too much emphasis on something.

I went to see this film in the Cinema the day it came out here in the UK. This was on Friday the 18th.

As with all Disney Pixars movies. There is a small video-ette, mini movie at the beginning. This one is called Presto and is based around a Magician and a disgruntled rabbit who doesn't get his carrot. This was thoroughly enjoyable and one of the best mini movies I have seen from Pixar. Everybody in the Cinema, was crying out with laughter.

One of the first things that suprised me about this movie was that people of all ages had come to see it in the Cinema. I can remember going to see Finding Nemo and Cars and feeling a little, out, as they were stacked with little children, (I'm 20 by the way).

Me and My Girlfriend Jess first saw this movie advertised about a year ago when a trailer was downloadable from the Playstation 3 store. Ever since we have been waiting for its release!

Animation

This is ofcourse Disney Pixars best when you cut the story etc out of the equation. Everything was produced in immaculate detail and certainly didn't look like a polished 3D cartoon. Lots of the textures and mapping done to the characters and the amazing, breathtaking scenery looked real. All adding to the fact that this movie, has been in the works for a long time and it's only right they do the best they can, to go with what I can describe as one of the best movies of ALL TIME.

The Characters

Wall - E (Waste Allocation Lift Loader, Earth-Class)

Wall - E is a small robot that was purposefully built to collect trash, compact it into a small cube and place it neatly into a pile. There were millions of these Wall-E robots produced here on earth in order to clean the utter mess we (Human Beings) had created.

Wall - E however had somehow managed to create his own personality, he learned. He was curious. Whilst collecting rubbish to compact, if he found something unusual or interesting. He would take it to his little home.

One of his favourite things was actually a video of a certain film, from which he wanted to feel what they felt in the video. Love.

EVE (Extra-terrestrial Vegetation Evaluator)

Is the second main character in the Movie. EVE is a lady robot to which Wall - E gets love struck by. EVE Is sent down to earth to perform a mission and Wall - E is inadvertantly involved.

Cockroach - Is Wall - E's Friend, or Pet. I couldn't decide :)

The Story

The story is one of many different things. Love, Romance, Friendship, Good V Evil, The Struggle of todays consumption here on Earth which could easily carry a message to the Kids (and Big Kids) that watch this movie.

Every second of the way you are either crying with laughter, fuzzy inside with the feeling of warmth and cuteness, or infuriated that you think at some point the film might actually have to end.

This really could be, one of the most perfectly written, produced, animated movies of all time.

Let alone just as a kids movie. This can be loved by all.

SYNOPSIS

Wall - E was created to compact trash as the human race had consumed and consumed and lost room for all the rubbish.

The human race sped off into space on a 5 year cruise (That lasted over 700 years) so long that the big fat lazy people in space, didn't even know what Earth is!!

Wall - E is all along on Earth with his little pet friend cockroach, He carries on regardless of the fact all the other Wall - Es are broken and no longer working.

He is a clever little guy who managed to create his own personality. If he finds something he likes. Instead of putting into his chest to compact, he'll put it into his little backpackand take it home with him.

EVE is a new style robot built 100s years after Wall - E, she can fly, shoot and do amazing things. she is sent to earth to find out if earth is habitable again, so needs to find some form of vegitiation.

Wall - E accidently and hilariously manages to run in with EVE as she lands on earth and Wall - E remembers images from a video he saved, he just wants to have, Love.

EVE sees the plant, puts it in her chest and goes into lock down mode until the space ship comes back to pick her up. during this time Wall - E does everything he can to protect her from wind, storms, sand...everything hoping one day she may wake up.

When the space ship finally arrives. EVE gets taken into the ship. Wall - E not wanting to leave what could be his love, tells his cockroach to 'sit' :D and he clings onto the space ship..

when they arrive in space all kinds of treachery, sub plots, humorous antics ensue.

I'm not going to give you anymore. You need to see the movie.

The Sound Track

You will hear many greats from many of the old Crooners. Mostly relating to the moon, stars, space and love. All amazingly put together with the most stunning visuals I have ever seen anywhere in anything!

What have other people said?

There is nothing wrong with this film at all, scientifically this movie is perfect and is recieving 5 out of 5 stars all over the place.

A Radio 1 film critic said he never though he'd see the day when he'd call a film perfect...Yesterday, he did! Thanks to Wall - E.

Wall - E can inspire Children and Adults. Rekindle the passion of friendships, well being and love. Gently teaching children how to be responsible with what they have.

My Personal Notes

If I had more time, I would go and see this again and again and again. I just cannot wait for it to come out onto Blu-Ray so that I can watch this masterpeace over and over and over in High Definition.

I can't go into much detail except that this film will have you laughing, crying, have you feeling love, care, hurt, worry, trepidation and at some points so so sorry for poor Wall - E (Don't worry he's fine)

What you SHOULD do! :)

If you are planning to go and see it, GO, now, don't waste any more time.

If you were perhaps on the borderline, not sure.. GO, you definately won't be dissapointed.

If you think it's just for kids and will be of no interest to Adults or Teenagers. You ARE wrong, it has something for all so GO.

There is no excuse not to see Wall - E really, so GO.

You really need to see this one yourself and in the cinema to experience the complete Wall-E experience.
