Vulcan B Mark 2 DVD

Advantages: Funny clips (if you've never seen any football film/programme like it)
Disadvantages: Mark and Lard are idiots, all clips been seen before

...and completely original - I am sorry Marc Riley but you are totally wrong. Overall If you haven't seen any DVDs of this kind then it would certainly be worth viewing - actually you may as well buy Own Goals and Gaffs and More Own Goals and Gaffs because they are much better. Mark and Lard are absolute headbangers who shouldn't be allowed on TV - they have blatantly copied the idea from others and have tried to make it even funnier with their pointless sketches between clips. Sorry Mark and Lard but I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend this DVD to potential buyers (even if you can buy it 2nd hand for 14p).... Read review

Advantages: Sci-fi with thought and emotion
Disadvantages: Director Leonard Nimoy slightly over-reaches himself

From 1990 to 2000, U2 made 5 original albums ("Achtung Baby" [1991]; "Zooropa" [1993]; "Passengers" [1995]; "Pop" [1997]; "All that you can't leave behind" [2000]).There are two best of U2 divided into two periods : 1980-1990 & 1990-2000 and songs which do not appear on U2 albums but on films soundtrack. If you compare the CD and the DVD, you'll note that there are more videos on this DVD, that's why I find it definitely more interesting. The main difference is that on the CD, you'll find the song "The first time" (which first appeared on "Zooropa") and as for the limited edition, a number of b-sides and remixes whereas they are not on the DVD.
