My Mother and I bought this DVD as part of a get fit plan. I am a size 10 and my mum is a size 18 so i can see how it works with different sizes. I have been using this DVD for 2 weeks, 3x a week with the weekend off same as my mum. So far 2 weeks in with both eating the same diet i have lost 4lbs and my mum has lost 9lb. This DVD is great for working your body all over. Just in 2 weeks we have improved massively in fitness, from not being able to do 1 press up to be able to do his full count of 8 is a great achievement for me. It contains a warm up which is basic boxing moves, he gets you motivated if your lacking, starts slowly then builds up, this start is about as difficult as it gets, then the routine which does make you sweat, again basic boxing moves, very long this routine and tiring but well worth it and helps that they both dance along with you and you can see Vicky properly sweating notlike others where they are perfect all way through. Then a belly shrinker which is great! Getting my abs back and my love handles are going! Then there is a warm down where they make sure that you stretch properly, all the way through they are making sure you are taking the best action not to hurt yourself. Becomes quite addictive!
