...Since I was about 6 years old when the first Star Wars trilogy film was released I've been hooked. I'm not a science fiction fan at all, and to fall in love with Star Wars you don't need to be.
The story in the first film begins with setting the scene of Luke Skywalker and his home life in the backdrop of the evil Empire. Princess Leia meanwhile is being held captive on an Empire spaceship awaiting execution for being found guilty of assisting a rebel force which is trying to bring down the evil Emperor and bring peace to the Galaxy. The story really gets going when Luke Skywalker, now on the run from Empire storm troopers for owning two droids who contain details of the rebellion in their memory banks, meets up with Hans Solo who is the pilot of the Millenium Falcon.
