Review of Fighter In The Wind (Subtitled) (Wide Screen) by tayloa22

Advantages: rock hard movie, fight scenes are mental. and it's a true story
Disadvantages: there are none

...Fighter In The Wind- A Review By Addy Fighter In the Wind is a 2004 Korean film that is based on the true story of Choi Yeung-Eui. Forced by circumstances that come to light in the film he changed his name to Masutatsu Oyama, although his preferred name was Choi Bae-Dal to show his Korean ethnicity. He created his own martial arts called Kyokushinkai karate and successfully challenged and defeated every master Japan had to offer. The film is an intelligent, spirited and emotional affair and a great insight into what one single person can achieve against all odds. Rarely have I seen a true story where someone goes from having so little and gaining so much. Masutatsu Oyama Born 27th July 1923 Gimje, Korea. Died 26th April 1994 (aged 70) Tokyo, Japan. Ultimately Ultimate
Review of Ultimate Fighting Championship 48 DVD by Ellie2004

Advantages: Plenty of blood and galore
Disadvantages: Can get boring after a while

...Ultimate fighting Championship Payback is situated in Las Vegas. Running Time: Approx 152 minutes Martial arts matches. Numerous matches packed with blood and guts! Plenty of special features such as behind the scenes action and motion menus. Main Match involves Ken Shamrock (former WWE wrestler) and Kimo (an Hawaiian fighting legend). Without spoiling your viewing of this match by telling you who won, all I can is that is full of brutality and keeps your eyes glued and you on the edge of your seat! There are various other matches with UFC stars. Too many to list! Limitations: Not enough special features, Can get rather repetitive. Overall: Fantastic DVD, with lots of matches with good quality special features but needs more of them! Would recommend to anyone who's enjoys UFC.... Read review

Oh God, not again
Review of The Karate Kid Part 2 DVD by robertjake

Advantages: None
Disadvantages: All of the film

...I am ashamed to admit I actually watched the film. Having watched the first film, I thought I had seen the nadir of films forever. I was wrong. This is even worse. The plot is as predictable as ever, yet is somehow more boring than the original. This time the young karate kid faces some nasty martial arts types who are taught by someone who entices the karate kid into his fold. The master, you see, is too hard on the karate kid as he wont let him compete. The new master teaches him badly so that his real pupils will beat him in competition. Obviously Karate Kid wins. Bad film, don't see it.... Read review
