Julia Roberts plays Vivian a street walker who is skint and just by chance one night picks up a gentlemen (Richard Gere) who is looking for directions, She hops in, gives him directions and of course he invites her up.
The two get on very well and he then hires her to stay with him all week as part of a business plan and she gladly accepts as she is getting paid loads of money for it.
