I know what you have been thinking recently, and that is how come I haven't written a review for the last few days? Well I couldn't possibly have wrote one last Tuesday because I happened to be revising for my German MOCK exam and that all paid off luckily, but to be totally honest I wasn't busy the day after and therefore should have written a review, and the other days too, but I think I've been really tired recently! Problem is, is that I avoided doing this DVD review. I thought this DVD was really good, but from my oblivious avoidance towards writing a review on this DVD, proves to me that I probably didn't enjoy watching it as I thought I had.

Now when I saw the trailer to this film being released in the cinema, I thought it'll be the worst film ever, considering it's a 12A as well showed that if I was interested in seeing it then it'll be filled with little kiddies because this film is based on the kid show "Transformers" Which is a computer generated animation series. Now I know this sounds as if I personally have watched the kid show, but honestly I haven't, however my younger brother has and therefore I have watched the tiniest bit ever!

Actors who are in the film:
Shia LaBeouf stars as Sam Witwicky, Shia has been in soooooooo many films it's unbelievable, however he is a really good actor! A few films he's been in are: Indiana Jones and the temple of the crystal Skull, Surf's up, and Disturbia, just to name a few. He was first in Even Stevens and he was playing Louis Stevens (Check out my review on Disturbia, for more information about him!)

Megan Fox plays Mikaela Banes, Megan has been in not so many films, however 1 quite famous one is "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen" (She plays "Carla Santini") & recently she has been in "How To Lose Friends And Alienate People" (She played "Sophie Maes") She hasn't been in many films although her portray of Mikaela Banes was good

The other actors do not appear in the film often, or appear later!

This film was introduced to me by many of my mom's colleagues as they had seen this at the cinema and they said it was brilliant and con not believe that we weren't going to watch it. Now at home there's one problem when we get a DVD and that happens to be that when we are ready to watch a film, we watch it altogether, and its worse if Dad is bored with it because he endlessly talks all the way through it... And don't get me started on when we're watching a horror film because he gets a broom out and start touching us with it, and then he'll go outside and get the hose on the window just to give us a freight, so we no longer watch horror movies unless dad is nowhere to be seen.

Anyway enough about my home life, I'm pretty sure you want to hear about the film, well this film starts off with Optimus Prime talking about how the Transformer's home planet has been destroyed because of a war. Now he wants to restore his home planet and the only way to do so is to find the All Spark. Problem is, is that the Autobots (Transformers) are not the only alien robotics after the All Spark, there is also the Decepticons. They both are searching for it; the Autobots want it to restore their home world, when the Decepticons want it to destroy the whole universe. Autobots make friends along their way, however Decepticons will stop at nothing to get it and destroy anything that gets in the way to get the All Sparks!
I would say that this is a comedy adventure, there is tons of comedy stuff that just makes you laugh, but there is the fighting and the thought of who's going to get the All Spark! It is quite clever how they manage to link 3 different stories together… There's the Autobots story, the Decepticons story and also Sam's story, which starts off with him having a massive crush on this girl! And the only way he manages to include her in this story is by having a car, except it's an Autobots transformed into a car.

I like how this DVD was packaged… because it's quite clever and stops people from taking the DVD out before anyone notices! As there is a cover which you slip off then annoying see-through stuff that's hard to get off… I presume it helps the shop notice people trying to knick the DVD inside.

There weren't many good points about it, I'd say it was interesting but not brilliant, also the boring parts were hardly there, and I have the problem of not watching it since about 1 month ago, so this cannot be one of my better reviews sorry…

Anyway mine doesn't have any special features on it even though I never watch them.

The cover is pretty good however it only splits 2 stories rather than the initial 3.

I hope I have helped you and I'm sorry if this review is not one of my best, I think it's because I have written bits everyday, I promise you though that tomorrow's review will be back to normal structure and suppleness and incredibly helpfulness, especially since it's a DVD that I enjoyed, I think that also helps upon a review!
