Advantages: Wonderful and refreshing angle to this film Disadvantages: Not to everyone's taste
The mere word Titanic strikes chord in most of our hearts.It appitimises the arrogance of the human race and the devistating tradgedies that such arrogance can incurr,indeed the plight of the classes aboard the Titanic strikes further into our concience as we are forcefully reminded of the inevitable end of the lower class passangers suffered.Quite possibly these thoughts and emotions are subconcious in many of us,but few hear the name without the odd hair bristling somewhere in the back of our minds.
What makes this version of the film so different and refreshing is that the story is made from a different angle.Not only are we veiwing the whole tradgedy through the eyes of a survivor,but the tale encorperates the love story in a way which,without trivialising the tradgedy,lightens and embraces the emotions that are under ...

The men invite Rose to their boat and Rose brings her daughter with her because she looks after her mother. The men don't believe that Rose is the girl in the picture because when they see her she would have to be around 100 years old and won't be still alive but the men listen to Ros's story.
The film goes back in time as Rose tells the story and it sets the picture of four men playing poker in a cafe and 2 men put there tickets to board the Titanic on the table and the other 2 men are Jack, Leonardo Dicaprio, and his friend win the tickets but they have to run because the ship would be leaving soon.
Leonardo and his friend board the Titanic and then we see Rose, her fiancee and mother come aboard. Rose doesn't look very happy and when the Titanic is out at sea Rose trys to jump off the rear of the ship but Jack brings ...
Advantages: Action, Romance, Eloborative Sets, Music Disadvantages: Nudity unfit for children

I think it would be more than enough to say that the movie Titanic won eleven Oscar Awards to talk about the merits of this movie!
My Opinion:
This fantastic romantic movie with an outstanding cinematography involving some excellent special effects is undoubtedly worth watching. The music of the movie and the acting of the characters will definitely make the DVD an added asset to your existing Video Library! Just go for it and enjoy the love story at the Atlantic Sea!
Word of Caution:
Be Careful if have kids at home while watching this movie as this movie does have some nude scenes and extra romance too!
