Titanic is an all-time romantic classic! I believe that the main reason why this movie has rightfully earned its numerous awards, praises and acclaims is because not only is the movie based on a real-life tragedy, but it incorperates humor, drama, tragedy, romance, feminist and class issues, among many other themes present in the movie.
Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet who portray Jack and Rose have an on-screen chemistry between them which only adds to the whole romantic tragedy of the movie. Being an avid fan on romantic movies, I particularly enjoyed the first kiss scene, with all the colors of the fading sunset in the background!
DVD Extras include Director Commentaries, Cast and Crew Commentary, Deleted Scenes, Alternate Endings.
