diverse release, which matches in style and content any of Turner's previous solo albums. However, the album doesn't contain any huge surprises and suffers from sounding trapped in the 1980s, with Turner collaborating with some of that decade's musical icons, including producer Trevor Horn, of the Pet Shop Boys and U2. Included on the album is Turner's theme from the previous years Bond movie Goldeneye, as well as a cover of John Waite's "Missing You". In an attempt to embrace club culture, Turner covers the Massive Attack classic "Unfinished Sympathy". "Confidential" and "The Difference Between Us" are the best newer compositions on the album. --John Galilee

Advantages: An unusual album. Disadvantages: Use of orchestration may not be to everyone's taste
...of her best attributes she takes over the stage at all her many performances.
I have been a fan of hers for many years and own many of her CD?s so was delighted to have ?WildestDreams? as a birthday present a few years ago. This recording was made in 1996 and features songs old and new.
It is a departure from many of her previous recording; on many of the tracks there is a lot of orchestration that took some getting used to. I started off not sure whether I enjoyed it but it grew on me and now is one of my favourite CD?s, showing a maturity that makes this stand out from other cd?s.
?Do What you Do? starts off the album with typical TinaTurner style, a good dancing beat and a catchy chorus, but doesn?t quite pack the punch I?ve come to expect from her.
?Whatever you Want? is one of those songs that make you want to turn...

The DVD also includes special features such as a backstage interview and behind the scenes footage. This in itself is really interesting. It talks about how long the stage (which is very impressive) took to build and about the dancers, etc.
I can say that TinaTurner puts on the best concert show ever – and yes, she has brilliant legs with ‘those stilettos’ and everything else for a 60 year old. The young and old alike attended this concert. I believe this DVD would appeal to many age groups and is a must for anyone that has ever seen her in concert.
I have been to see many people in concert such as Bon Jovi, Robbie Williams, Ronan Keating, Bryan Adams, Texas – but TinaTurner beats them hands down. She was...
