DVD Description
The incomparable Tina Turner is filmed live from one of the world's most exotic, beautiful cities -- Rio de Janeiro, Brazil -- in 1988. Performing at the massive Maracana Stadium to 180,000 enthusiastic fans, the woman who rose out from under her husband's thumb to become a bona fide superstar in her own right belts out an inspiring stream of hit tunes in her strong, soulful voice. At the time of the performance, the concert set the record for the highest number of paying audience members in attendance at a rock concert.
Advantages: Has a lot of her older hits, excellent performance, good quality sound Disadvantages: Only if you don't like Tina Turner

The DVD also includes special features such as a backstage interview and behind the scenes footage. This in itself is really interesting. It talks about how long the stage (which is very impressive) took to build and about the dancers, etc.
I can say that TinaTurner puts on the best concert show ever – and yes, she has brilliant legs with ‘those stilettos’ and everything else for a 60 year old. The young and old alike attended this concert. I believe this DVD would appeal to many age groups and is a must for anyone that has ever seen her in concert.
I have been to see many people in concert such as Bon Jovi, Robbie Williams, Ronan Keating, Bryan Adams, Texas – but TinaTurner beats them hands down. She was...

Advantages: Lovely lyrics, a good voice Disadvantages: A couple of bad songs
...Tina Dico is a little known artist I came across a couple of years ago due to a friend. 'In the Red' is her first album, and one I actually saw her perform live, which was very good.
I bought the album some time later.
This album is very relaxed acoustic soft pop. If you quite like Dido, then you'll like Tina Dico, only Tina's voice is a tad less grating than Dido's. She's a very throaty singer, and comes out with a few stunning lyrics that really do grab you with their realism, stuff like 'Watch my neighbours go to work and look exhausted and burnt out when they get back'.
My particular favourites from this album are "Head Shop' and 'One', though I found the songs 'In the Red' and 'Use Me' to be very slow and a tad repetitive.
Overall a very nice album to listen to. Very relaxing and a good thing to put on while you have friends...

Advantages: More great futuristic action from Mr Gibson Disadvantages: slightly mad in parts
...live, which is run by Aunty Entity, (played by TinaTurner), a vicious lady with a thirst for blood?
With the town having electricity and good technology, all being powered by a methane refined by the very clever, but rather restricted Master, (played by Angelo Rossitto), who relies on Blaster, (played by Paul Larsson), a hulk of a man who lacks many grey cells, for protection and mobility?
As Max insults the honour of Entity, he is soon exiled for Bartertown, sent to wonder the deserts once again? soon stumbling upon another small group of survivors, only this time children, who believe Max to be more than he actually is? Leading to a massive confrontation with the residents of Bartertown with some devastating consequences?
* IN CONCLUSION *
Another action packed movie from the Mad Max sequels?
It is set in the same...
