Advantages: Cheap to buy
Disadvantages: Terrible special effects; weak plot

This film was originally released in 1983 and the makers tried to make it more exciting by using the then new "3-D" special effects. Hence the film did reasonably well at the box office as cinemas filled with people wearing silly red and green glasses. However, this novelty, which doesn't even work on the small screen, is its one redeeming feature. Not even the fact that Dennis Quaid is in it helps! Advantages: Smart, suspenseful, great performances, and one of the most shocking climaxes ever!!!
Disadvantages: Not everyone likes Cher as an actress, but that should be overlooked in this case

...NUTS and PRIMAL FEAR, and SUSPECT is no exception. The drama and tension unfolds slowly but surely in the courtroom as we learn all about Anderson, Quinn and all the other key players involved. There is only one twist I will mention so as to not spoil anything for the viewer: Riley thinks she's in over her head and realizes the case is hopeless, but she finds and unlikely ally in Sanger, who helps her out with case, jeapordizing not only their careers, ...
...so many ways, and with SUSPECT it's no exception...even though you want to know the obvious (who the killer is), but you also become involved with the characters and the phases they go through; the development of the central players in this story is just brilliant. There is also some unforgettable dialogue as well, like when the judge says to the court, "The death penalty is not an option in the District of Columbia...although some of us feel it ... From Hell is a 2001 film directed by The Hughes Brothers. Based on a similarly named graphic novel it is about the Jack the Ripper story from the point of view of the investigating detective Abberline played by Johnny Depp. The film starts in the seedy White Chapel area of London (I don't know much about London but I do know Whitechapel was one of the crappy brown properties in monopoly.) A small group of prostitute friends meeting with an old friend ...

One by one the girls are picked off. A man in a fine coach always approaches them and lures them in with grapes. Then leaves them horribly mutilated and lacking certain organs. Advantages: Well directed and acted,gripping,plot twists

Tom Jackman (Nesbitt) plays a loving husband and father who at any given moment can turn into a psychotic enraged madman who simply calls himself "Hyde".
