Red dragon was the third film made in the Hannibal Lecter series and is set before the other two. It shows the scenes leading upto Lecters arrest and the capture its self. Its a must see for any fans of the series but only watch it after The silence of the lambs and Hannibal. I belive this is the poorest film in the series its based around a serial killer not Lecter. The Score has a great ensemble cast. Robert DeNiro, Edward Norton, Marlon Brando, and Angela Basset. Brando and Basset aren't in much of the movie, just a scene here and there. DeNiro and Norton are in all most all of the movie. DeNiro is a thief. When the movie starts he is breaking into a safe during a party.
