From Hell is a 2001 film directed by The Hughes Brothers. Hide and seek may take a while to build momentum compared to your average thriller, but I found it an intriguing and chilling film with an inspired plot twist and a tense climax. As for the performances, Robert De Niro can seem to be coasting for much of the film, but his performance fitted well with the plot twists at the end.
