Disadvantages: graphics a bit basic - but good enough for kids

Yes, Bananas in pyjamas! Next in my nieces collection of DVD's, (she is so spoilt! all we had when we were young was a hand me down wooden noah's ark set with half the animals being either widowed, cyclops or having no eyes left at all). Any way, This bananas in pyjamas dvd is aimed at 1 months to 6 year olds. It features all the favourite nursery rhymes including incy wincy spider, little miss muffet and little bow peep. Theres also a good extra section on the dvd. A classic bunch, B1 and B2 still loved by the youth of today. However i do have issues with thier morals, encouraging children to run around all day in their bed wear - not very socially acceptable in todays world. And does raise the question - what do they wear at night? - normal clothes, a suit and tie, jeans? .... ? one can only wonder! COST: £6.99 PLACE ...

It's Nursery Rhyme Time - HELP!

Advantages: Teaches babies nursery rhymes; bright and colourful
Disadvantages: Temperamental

from all the nursery rhymes contained within the book. There are six nursery rhymes, and therefore six pages in the book. These are divided into three sections of two pages each, and separated by two dividers - one yellow and one green. *** Contents *** Each page contains a nursery rhyme and a picture of that same rhyme. Only the first four lines of each nursery rhyme is contained within the book but it gives children the general idea of how to learn the rhyme and eventually read. A Look into a nursery world

Advantages: good magazines with ideas and helpfull articles
Disadvantages: ?

wonderful job in a rich family maybe abroad with well behaved children, perfect parents paying me a fortune where I would meet the rich handsome cousin who would sweep me of my feet. (Oh come on my name is Mary after all and my parents did call me Mary Pippins affectionately teasing.) Jobs I noticed this month pay£150 – 400 pounds a week most with board and lodging. There are other childcare jobs advertised her as well as the Mary Poppins jobs. Private nurseries and public nurseries some in the education authorities some in social services. There are adverts for equipment not many, but I do like the look of that nursery gym. So there you have it.
