This part of the DVD has 18 songs,
They are very educational, with the likes of
look both ways - teaching your children how to cross the road saftley
head, shoulders,knees and toes, every child will love learning this song and doing the actions.
i climb ten stairs - this teaches your children to count to ten, and then from ten back to one.
Most of these songs have dance moves wich are very easy for young children to learn,
my son who is three loves singing and dancing along to this dvd, and he is getting excercise while he is dancing so it gets them up on their feet and moving.
Its time to learn how to to " the monkey dance " and do the " Shaky shaky ". Ever wondered hot to handle a " Hot potato " or make a " Fruit salad "?
This is the second part of the dvd
again it is filled with all your favourite characters,
one of the songs on this part of the dvd tell the children that there are other countries in the world and sings " hello " in different languages relating to the different countries.
also another song says that fruit salad is very good for you so it encourages children to eat healthy food.
The Wiggles originate in Australia, and all four of the wiggles were doing training in childcare, and one of their assesments was to make up and perform a song that would encourage children to learn, and that was it the wiggles were born, and the rest shall we say is history.
I have, well when i say i, i mean me and my son have been watching the wiggles for almost a year now, and i'm still amazed at how they manage to come up with very educational songs,
i recommended this to my sister who has two children and she said that her daughter really enjoys watching and joining in .
