The Vital Spark (DVD)

Advantages: Excellent Comedy, Value for Money
Disadvantages: May offend some people

...~~~~~~~ JEFF DUNHAM SPARK OF INSANITY ~~~~~~~ I've decided to write a quick review on Jeff Dunham's Spark of Insanity as I have found it is one of the best comedy acts I have seen for a while and would like to recommend it to other viewers out there. Most of the show is light hearted and very funny, full of jokes, jibes and general insults to each other however there is an issue with Achmed the dead terrorist especially in South Africa - I believe he has been banned over there. For those of you who have never heard of Jeff Dunham, Jeff is a comedian and ventriloquist rolled into one from the USA. Jeff has had multiple theatre sell out shows along with selling over 500,000 DVD's as well as all the other merchandise he sells. Advantages: This item is cheep and I did recognise some songs.
Disadvantages: virtually full of unknown songs by newcommers, the songs are as cheep as the price.

...As a bollywood fanatic I was excited about this DVD and the opportunity to watch my favorite stars dancing in the rain. The very basic that one would expect from this DVD is that the songs and actors are recognizable. Unfortunately this was not the case. The DVD consists of a horrendous medley of obscure unknowns doing their best Amitabh Bachan or Ashwaria impressions and failing. This DVD ignites no spark and is categorically dull. The price would have been its only redeeming feature but alas the songs on it are cheaper than the price! Perhaps if you are a collector of obscure Hindi songs made in 2003 performed by newcomers with little experience or appeal then this DVD is for you. Otherwise I suggest you stay well clear. I would pay good money not watch this again, please don't make the same mistake.... Read review

Overall, if you are looking for a teen comedy and have a fun, slightly immature side, you will probably love this!... Read review
