I watched, like every other movie fan, the trailers for Titanic and thought "Oh my god this is going to be amazing." and believe me it was apart from the most annoying love story ever. Yes, I know it the biggest film of all time even with the love story, but why? The story of Titanic was huge enough and with James Cameron holding the reigns after other huge films like Aliens, Terminator and T2, True Lies, etc. He, of all directors could have made this film successfully without the weak love story it has. See it for the Visually stunning sets and the amazing ending, not for the story.
