Advantages: It's available for a bargain price and it's littered with extras Disadvantages: William Hartnell (the First Doctor) isn't in it very much
...to fight, and that's where the others come in. In its day this was one extremely ambitious story as it required far too many special effects. But somehow they pulled it off! And the restoration team have ensured it stands up on DVD today.
The extras will appeal to anyone. And even if you already own the story on video and aren't convinced about upgrading to DVD, the extras really do make it worth your while.
