    A review of the Warner DVD, a ludicrous £10 on amazon at time of writing. This is a legendary turkey, a big-budget disaster movie that lost huge amounts of money. Disaster movies had been big in the 70s, and Irwin Allen had made The Poseidon Adventure and The Towering Inferno, two of the biggest. So this must have seemed a surefire hit.
