DVD Description
Come and meet Fliss, Lyndz, Kenny, Rosie, and Frankie, who are all members of "The Sleepover Club". Constantly dealing with their arch rivals - three boys called the M&Ms - life couldn't be more serious or more funny. THE SLEEPOVER CLUB has a bit of everything for everyone. Contains episodes five to eight of series one.
Advantages: classi charaters, positive messages on life Disadvantages: dvd quality could be ebtter, no extras
...of animation is typical 80's and early 90's mass production, with not a lot of detail and some continuity errors in the drawings here and there, but to no great loss of the viewing pleasure. Indeed, this is part of the charm of this DVD, as many of these stories and characters appear as they were drawn in a series of books for children in the same era. The stories' subjects appeal to a broad range of ages, which is appropriate given the U rating, but children 6-10 may better appreciate the stories relating to school, team sports, and crushes.
Included on the dvd are the following episodes from the series (they are not in series order):
1. Bons Bons Party aka Bon Bon's Diary
Bon Bon cheats on a maths test and writes about it in her diary. She loses it and worries because she discovers Teddy finds it and fears he might tell.
2. Just For Kicks...

Advantages: well what can i say it Friends, it brilliant! Disadvantages: not many extras at all, just the usual DVD features
...As a big fan of the TV show “Friends”. I have started to re-buy the Friends series ‘ on DVD (I have all on video) and watched them all and remember how brilliant they were, so far I’ve only bought the first series, So I’ve decided to give you a small idea of what goes on in each episode and a rating of how funny I thought each one was. So In this opinion I thought I’d start with Series1 and basically tell you about the first twelve episodes (the first half of the series) as I didn’t want this to be too long. Then later I’ll try and do more. Also as for buying them on DVD, is good because the actual picture quality is much greater. Plus you can buy eight episodes in one, where as on video you only get 4 series on the one video. Anyway…
P.S (My laughter scale is * = funny...
