This DVD contains four classic episodes of 'the simpsons', and contains six trailers. The episodes that feature on the DVD are:
Treehouse of horror 9,
The cartridge family,
Natural born kissers,
Grampa vs sexual inadequacy.

Below i will summarise each episode, and give me opinions on each of them:

Treehouse of Horror 9 - [AABF01]:
Homer decides that he wants hair, so he has a hair transplant. But this hair he had transplanted turns into a toupee that makes him want to kill his family.
When the batteries on the remote run down, Bart puts radioactive batteries into the remote, but when he uses it, him and Lisa get zapped into Itchy & Scratchy's cartoon, and Itchy and Scratchy try their best to kill them.
Jerry Springer is in the next part, Homer and Marge go on his show when Homer finds out that the alien Kang, is actually Maggie's father.

I think this is a good episode, and really like the halloween episodes as they are different from the normal ones. I find this one one of the best treehouse of horror episodes

The Cartridge Family - [5F01]:
Due to the city being over run by a soccer riot, Homer fears for the safety of his family, so he decides to buy a handgun. Marge is not happy about this, and the family leave Homer, and go and stay at a hotel until he has got rid of it. He sets up a club for other people with guns, but goes for his family whenhe begins to miss them. When he goes to the hotel, there is a robbery, and Homer gets the gun out to scare the robber off, but Marge is unhappy as Homer told her that he had got rid of the gun. This time, he actually gets rid of it, but Marge picks it up when Homer has left, and it finishes with her holding it.

I like this episode, and have seen it quite a few times, and it doesn't ever seem to get boring, which is the sigh of a good episode :-)

Natural born kissers - [5F18]:
While Homer and Marge's marriage seems to be getting boring, they find thay public 'snuggling' is what they need to get the marriage back on track. They 'snuggle' in the mini golf course, a hotel, and even a barn that they found while sheltering from the rain. They have to try and get their way back home in the nude without being spotted by anyone. No part of Springfield is off limits in this funny episode.

This is one of my favourite episodes off the DVD, as i find it to be one of the funniest, and it stays funny everytime i watch it!

Grama vs Sexual Inadequacy - [2F07]:
Homer and Marge's marriage is on the rock, so Homer turns to Grampa simpsons for help. Grampa remembers a tonic that he made when he was younger. It helps Homer and Marge's marriage, so Homer gets an idea, that him and his dad should go into business selling it. But during their journey, they fall out, and have to give the business up to get back on track with each other again.

This is another one of my favourite episodes off the DVD, i like Grampa simpsons and think that there sould be more episodes with him in it. Also i like the episodes that dont just stay in Springfield the whole time, where they move around, and in this one they do, which is why i like it so much.

In Conclusion:

This was the first Simpsons DVD that i bought, and since then i have bought loads, around 20. but to me, this still remains one of the best DVDs, purely for the quality of the episodes, and the fact that the episodes on the DVD haven't been repeated on the television that much, and there are ALOT of episodes shown.

I definately recommend that this is a DVD to add to everyones' collection, and especially if you are a Simpsons fan!

Go buy it!
