Well. He's done it again hasn't he. Turned a great book into a great film, and it's worked. Jack Nicholson was absolutely brilliant as the posessed janitor, and mix that with the suspence of the King norm. The famous words "here's Jonnie" was not part of the original script, but a line that Nicholson added, and it has stuck with him. And what would the film be like without it. It is one of the most famous lines in movie history. What a star. Classed as a horror, there was not that much to look away from, but it was the sort of horror film that got inside of your head - and it's that good, it will stick there. Definately one to see.
