The saint is a movie that comes from the popular tv series that use to star Rodger Moore,Val kilmer replaces him as a top spy who is a master of disguise and suceeds buy convincingly changing his appearence,in this film we find him on a new job to swipe intelligence for the russians,unfortunaley the job becomes harder when the proffesseur turns out to be the lovely Dr emma russell (Elizabeth shue).
The film is action packed and although you usually see through Mr kilmers disguises its still a good movie,probably not something you want to see in numerous sequals thoughIt has a james bondish feel to it and Val and Elixabeth do good jobs in there cast roles,often over looked its a good afternoon movie but probably not one for the collection,it has a good soundtrack and manages to breathe some new life into a old series ,definatley recomended for a ew hours entertainment

Good review of the film itself, although I see you've posted this as a DVD review, but you've not mentioned the DVD features. Are there any extras? If so, what are they and are they any good?
