I certainly seem to be in a minority here, but the rock was a bit of a disappointment.
Although it was action packed with some good performances from messers Cage, Connery and Harris, I felt the plot was a bit thin. I had a lot of people telling me it was the best action film they had ever seen, so in fairness it did have a lot to live up to.
Although I enjoyed it, the Rock never quite delivered the goods. I couldn't help thinking 'AS IF' If you just watch it as a movie and don't try to disect whats going on it's enjoyable enough.
The Rock - All highly unlikely but quite entertaining.
