This DVD has mixture on live performances by the offspring and videos of the members skating, sky diving etc.

The Offspring are a punk band started in the 80's in Orange County and by the time they released this DVD they had had great success. This DVD has Greg K base jumping, Noodles BMXing and snowboarding, Dexter Holland flying and sky diving, Ron Welty Skateboarding and surfing.
The Live perfomances include Staring at the sun and LAPD and has interviews with Noodles and other backstage members as part of special features. The background music are all done by the offspring's and are purely great instrumentals to previous Offspring songs and suit the atmosphere.

It is a DVD for the Fans of punk and extreme sports and of course a recommended DVD for the Offspring Fans.
