...This dvd was recorded in 1986 in Birmingham during Coopers' triumphant return to the charts with the 'Trash' album and the single 'Poison'. Many in the crowd were obviously too young to remember the Coops first assault on the charts in 1972 with 'Schools Out' but had a good time anyway. The concert starts with Alice emerging from an exploding dustbin into the opening track 'Trash'. Tracks, old and new, follow in quick succession, including some rarities such as 'Desperado' from the 'Killer' album. Coop changes mid way through into the mascara and Welcome To My Nightmare era, including the obligitary beheading via guillotine.
The concert lacks the pure theatre and entertainment of the early shows such as Billion Dollar Babies and 'Nightmare', but is good nevertheless, and has the bonus of having a cracking band and Alice...

Advantages: Great directing, decent acting, gory if viewing the unrated version Disadvantages: Freddy’s still trying to be funny, the rated version Is ow on the gore, not all of the acting is exceptional
...I got something out of this film with repeated views that I didn’t catch the first time around. With these elements gained, the film as a whole is much more likeable and has turned into one of the sequels that I don’t mind watching. Unlike “Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare,” the supposedly “last” film in the series, the film take itself a little more seriously. The dark, gloomy look of “The Dream Child” gives the audience a precedence of atmosphere that the “Nightmare On Elm Street” sequels lacked. Although Freddy is still a jokester and you’ll laugh at him more than scream, director Stephen Hopkins sets up the film nicely. Although Freddy hardly uses his trademark glove anymore, I can overlook what this film has in terms of absence for what it does right. While it may not be the best of the sequels, it’s certainly not the worst...

...almost shooting the suspect in the murder featured in this episode. That murder revolving around a cheating husband who killed a woman from a club and a pawnshop owner, all because of 'the writings [well, drawings] on the wall'.
Mr. Monk and the Garbage Strike
Guest starring AliceCooper in a cameo scene. In this episode the Union of Sanitation Workers is on strike, negotiations with the council seem to be going well until the Head of the Union is found dead. Is it a suicide or is it a murder? Adrian has a tough time in this episode deciding which to go for the rubbish strike means there is waste all over the streets piling up in mounds and he is feeling mentally impaired. But it is also a question of ethics - he knows what he should do say can he bring himself to say it?
