It's almost Christmas and so I thought I would write a Christmas-y review. I've decided to write my review about one of my favourite ever Christmas movies : Miracle on 34th Street.
I remember the first time I saw this movie was when I was about eight years old. My best friend and I used to swap loads of videos over the holidays. One holiday ,my friend let me borrow this video to watch over the school Christmas holidays. Ever since then , I have watched this movie every Christmas.
Miracle on 34th Street is an American family film directed by Les Mayfield. It was released in the United Kingdom on 2nd December 1994. The film stars Mara Wilson. Running time of the movie is 114 minutes.

Advantages: A nice, magical film Disadvantages: Definately aimed at a younger audience!
wonderfully ?Tinker Bell? was animated.
We all know Tinker Bell from Peter Pan, so it was quite nice to learn a little bit more about her life and how she started off.
There are two songs in the film, one at the start and one at the finish. I find that these still sound very ?Disney?. They are not pop songs and I think they still have the Disney magic about them.
This is definitely a little girls film! I can?t imagine any boys wanting to sit down and watch this. And I also think once you get past the age of 8 or 9 you won?t want to watch this anymore.
The film has a runtime of 78 minutes. I think this was a good length. The film didn?t drag on and my attention was held throughout!
The DVD is available from Amazon right now for £11.68. I certainly won?t be buying it, and I won?t go out of my way to see it again, but it is a nice little film ...
Advantages: Some tension during the games as the underdogs compete. Disadvantages: A seemingly similar film to the Mighty Ducks. Rather predictable ending. A little too dramatic.
of the real events, though the ending was quite sudden and I didn't even realise it was the final, as it was never said.
I would recommend this film to all ice-hockey fans, and fans of the film, 'The Mighty Ducks.'
The extras that come with the film are very basic, with only outtakes and the making of Miracle included. Though some of the outtakes proved to be hilarious. I would have preferred to see other bonus material such as interviews with the cast.
At around only £5 this film is definitely worthwhile! ...
