The Mighty Boosh have a growing reputation of being the hottest new talent in british comedy and the first series shows why. As a duo Noel Fielding and Julian Barrett are hilarious and interact beautifully with each other. This series is a comedy masterclass and totally unique. The widea array of great characters as well as fieldings cartoons all add to the playful charm of the show which can be enjoyed by anyone who appreciates unique comedy. In particular the way the relationship between the two main characters Howard Moon and Vince Noir is developed and also how the pair interact with each other is genuinely brilliant and charming to watch. The supporting characters including Naboo the Shaman and Bolo the gorilla add depth to the show and the setting of a zoo provides limitless possibilites for adventure and comedy. The array of music is delightful and the characters sing some charming little songs of Felding and Barratts creation. Overall a refreshingly unique show that id highly reccommend for all and some great DVD extras included
