Not for a long time has there been a completely original British comedy, but The Mighty Boosh fits the bill. Amalgamating Pythonesque cartoon sequences with surreal comedy and bizarre dance sequences, The Boosh takes you into the lives of two zoo-keepers, the shaman Naboo and the hapless zoo-keeper, Mr. Fossil. The DVD comes with extras, including commentary from the actors, behind the scenes glimpses and the chance to watch all the music videos in full. Expect to sit glued to the extras once you run out of episodes to watch (only AFTER watching them for the millionth time through!) Originally performed on the stage, The Boosh transfers fantastically to the screen, and is fast becoming a cult classic. Not to be missed.
