As a massive matrix fan i just had to get my hands on this, so where to start if i didnt own it already... hmmm lets see.
inside you will all 3 of the matrix trilogy movies
The Matrix The Matrix Reloaded The Matrix Revolutions
The movies are presented in a very attracive box and come in their own cases, now the bonus of the ultimate set is that you get the "revisited" DVD for each movie here you will find addional commentary, the making of and even a few out takes just to let you know how it all came together. i found the wachowskis eccentric directors but they deliver time and time again.
Worth the money i can tell you.
The matrix is set in a future when life is a simulation, where we (humans) are slaves to the machines we created, mind prision was created so that they could preserve our life AND surviv themselves by using our body heat for energy.
The trilogy follows the story of Thomas Anderson (Neo) who knows that somethin is wrong with the world but cant quite figure out what.
Once awakened by Moepheus, Neo begins his training and so begins his destiny or as we know it the path of the one.
Ove the 3 movies the story unfolds both inside the matrix and in the real world outside with the finale in revolutions where the humans of zion make thier final stand against the machine extermination sentinals.
I dont want to spoil it for you but the 3 sides, zion, machine and mervingian make excelent viewing, who want s some merv cake?
To be any credible matrix fan you really do have to own this, i also have the matrix online game but cant seem to find a way to review it yet all i can say is buy it.
