After nearly 2 years, a few pounds started to creep back on so decided it was time to shake up my routine.In this workout there lots of different types of exercise as I know how easy it is to get bored. It's broken into 4 Express sections so that you can mix and match dependent on how much time you have. Exercise and a healthy diet are like Ant and Dec - they work better together. So I have included my nutritional plan and The Rules that I have incorporated into my life.The results have been fantastic. I have lost 3 stone and 40 inches from body. Most exciting is that I can now shop anywhere on the High Street as clothes fit me. I've learned to love exercise and have never gone hungry so stick with it and you'll get results!

It has a helpful nutrititional advice section though, which makes it different to other products out there. (although the advice on there isn't particulalry ground-breaking to be honest- it tells you that in order to lose weight you need to eat lots of vegetables, drink lots of water, don't drink alcohol etc).
