Advantages: The Best Account of the FInal Available on DVD Disadvantages: The sound and picture aren't great
...From a Die hard Sunderland fan undoubtedly the best day in Sunderland Association Football Club History, when they took on Leeds in the 1973 Fa Cup Final. After defeating Luton Town 2 - 0 in the quarter final and Arsenal 2 - 1 in the Semis, Sunderland's Cup Final Slot was secured. Leeds on the other hand defeated Derby County 1 - 0 in the Quarter Finals and beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 2 - 1 in the semis. On the 5th May 1973 the teams took the pitch in a hard fought encounter. Then in the 31st Minute up popped the late, great Ian Portefield to bag, what would turn out to be the winning goal in the Fa Cup Final, to bag it for the Black Cats. Advantages: Amazing stunts, BMW Z8, excellent performances. Disadvantages: Not much of John Cleese, one-liner really cheesy at end of film!
...Bond is back.... this is Bond's 19th outing and Brosnan's third.
The World is Not Enough is currently only available on DVD. The story is up to the usual Bond standard, so is the corny one-liners; listen for the one at the end of the film! The film opens with a boat chase down the Thames and onto a breahtaking view of the Millenium Dome. A excellent performance by Robert Caryle as Bond's baddie. The film also introduces us to 'R' (John Cleese) shame though there wasn't a bit more of him. The DVD is crammmed of extras, including various documentaries. This film is a must for all Bond fans and an excellent overall film....

...Now I know this has been out for a few years now, and most folk are probably saying 'never heard of that film before' - but for those Geordie Ciao members - (and those who also know their film stuff) I am sure you will recall this film somewhere along the line of millions of others....... I first saw this at the cinema and enjoyed it then..........
Picture me - bored for the last two weekends due to husband away on his FlyFishing Adventures from Bristol to the Lake District - and I end up digging deep into my video/dvd library to see what delights I can come up with ...........
Low and behold - Purely Belter caught my eye, I blew the dust of my video recorder, hunted out that long time no see remote control, and sat back with a glass of Austrailian red wine ...
To start, we have two Geordie lads digging up a bit of the football...
